Not unheard of, but also a great idea. Playing your off-wing can actually work out well for some players, but playing your off-side on D rarely ever does. There's only a handful of dmen I can think of that play their off-side as a permanent thing.

Nope, didn't bite. I had already seemingly pissed off someone I like, respect and appreciate around here so I dropped it. Obviously my point of view on such things is against the grain and not that of the majority so I was expecting some resistance to it, especially after 2 straight pages of people talking about it nicely and warmly haha

The new assistant coach Velluci was his head coach last year and loves him. Gave him Letang minutes as a 20 year old 1st year pro and said he's ready. GMJR kind of targeted him in the Kessel trade. So pretty highly.

Totally agree. I am only going to say this once and be done with it. My opinion is the election system in the US promotes duopolies, which is the root for division. We need election reform to promote more parties. More parties give more people a voice, therefore more talking and less 'my way or the highway' divisiveness.

It's possible. WBS was without their top 2 RHD basically the whole year. (Trotman and was supposed to be Marino). So guys like Czurczman were forced to play the right. But I'll guess he was just a placeholder for Ruhwedel.

I'm actually more scared of the second pair. Can't imagine Marino has played much on his off-side and paired with Ceci. Figured Ruhwedel would get that call since they did pretty good last gane together.

Said of the 2 call ups, POJ is most likely to play. He thinks the decision is more about playing Czurczman or four righties. Personally I'd imagine they plan to shelter POJ to start so they'll go with 4 righties.
