Isn't the first step denial? Then anger, then bargaining, then sorrow, then acceptance?

In communist agincourt we didn't have a tv in the entire house until I was 10. It basically took a revolution to get one.

It was the size of an iPad and was black and white... and antenna only

And I only got it cause my papa (grandfather) got a colour tv for his workshop so I got his old one

For those of you who felt that it wasn't Andersen's fault that we lost last night, I give you this:

The fact that Andersen isn’t leading the leafs in goals is now disappointing to me

I think it is unfair for people to be expected to know what this was going to be like.

They just lived through it. They knew what it was going to be and had a chance to influence and then had a choice whether or not to participate.

Did you get a vote on the last lockdown rules? Did you have your association specifically negotiate on your behalf?

I'm not sure I understand your answer.

They spend significant time together - in larger groups. 20 guys on the airplane. 20 guys on the bus. 20 guys in the locker room. 20 guys on the bench and ice.

So why would 4 guys in a hotel room - after having been exposed to each other all day - carry exponentially higher risk?

I'm not trying to be an arse here - just trying to understand it.

- Atomic Wedgie

I’m still trying to figure out why the coach has to wear a mask behind the bench when there’s 15 guys sitting on the bench without.

Without giving you an exact weight I remember that a tv table wasn’t sturdy enough and we had to get an end table for it

That’s one of the things that’s fits under the umbrella of “every possible precaution” whether it makes sense or not

Is it just me or is all this whining about isolation due to a pandemic getting a little weak?

Grow the (frank) up, do what the rules state and STFU. We would be out of this mess a whole lot faster!

When did the world get filled with such fu3king pu$$ies???

Vietnam, Korea, WWII, WW1....waaaah, I don't want to sit in a fox hole and shoot the enemy, my boots are wet...waaahhhhh. Said no one, ever.

Seriously, it's a PANDEMIC. Sit down, shut up and follow the rules.

I got to skate around all day with 30 friends and make $40,000.00 but now I have to sit in a hotel room and order room service, watch anyone of 400 channels on the flat screen or Facetime anyone on the fu3king planet while I empty the mini bar I don't have to pay for... but without 3 friends or a hooker???....waaaaahhh.

Jesus F Christ.

CapFriendly
@CapFriendly
It appears that the #Leafs have made the following moves:

M. Lehtonen -> from NHL to Taxi Squad
A. Brooks -> from Taxi Squad to NHL
J. Anderson -> from the Marlies to NHL

If this is correct, it would bring them $9,325 below the ceiling. An ideal cap to nearly max LTIR relief.

So help me out capologists: Am I right that they do this, then put Thornton on LTIR, and then bring Lehtonen back?

Are the players and staff still being tested everyday like when they were in the bubble?

If they aren’t then this makes a little bit of sense trying to protect an individual as much as possible.

If they are tested everyday before showing up to the rink and they’re all negative then it makes no sense to me.

Did someone fool them about what this was going to be? Did they have a choice? Why is this such a big deal?
