The team played well I thought....Georgiev didn’t do them any favors with the goals against and guys like Zibby and Kreider didn’t execute in the third period with some golden opportunities.

Im sorry but Im not on board with that. This team plays erratic and with no synergy. Them scoring were honestly mostly luck.

I think you over did it on the street meat. Their 1st was brutal and 1/2 the 2nd

Also that Taco Bell commercial with the nacho fries craving...that’s danger with stream meat

The first 10 mins of the game weren’t good but I thought the second half of the 1st was better. Wouldn’t say they got dominated half the second either.

Fuuuuuuuuuuuuu-getta bout that. I was only on board if there’s nothing better available. Can’t dangle PLD and Barkov rumors in my face and expect me to say with a straight face that Strome is our guy
- Bean_Dip

Yeah, I had some hope. Only 3 games in, maybe he will wake up. Don't remember him being such a wuss about taking a hit last year.

Honestly was never a huge fan of Trouba and based on last season and this season, i'm a little worried about that contract

I will agree that this team seems to have no identity. Like...I literally can’t describe what system they play. Under Torts, we were a hard working, cycling team that blocked shots. Under AV, we were a fast paced team. No idea what we are under DQ...seems different every shift.

Thought the same. He must be in pain. looked like the transition to the hallway was smooth though so that's a good sign.
- Fenrir

If it was a head injury you would have to think he wouldn’t have stayed on the bench until the final whistle.

Overall super frustrating game. Never seen the puck bounce off so many sticks and so many open shots shanked. Guys all look stressed tf out.

Because there are different line combos every shift. Hard to build chemistry.

I mean what else could it be? It wasnt a leg, didn't look like an arm, he was using both of them, and he looked like he was dazed as (frank).

Think he stayed on the bench cause it was the end of the game. I guess we will see, but he wasn't favoring anything.

I will say that Hughes had a statement game against Kakko.

Starting to think Kakko is a victim of over expectations. Hughes was the clear cut number 1 pick all draft year, and Kakko put his name in the conversation the last month leading up to the draft with a huge tournament. He’s shown flashes but Hughes was borderline dominant tonight and is separating himself from any comparisons to Kakko.

We lost because:

1) another slow start to game

2) entire team defense still looks unsettled. Johnson should now have a seat on the bench

3) Blackwood played fantastic

4) the game winning goal was kicked in and shouldn't have counted. too much for team to overcome

Don’t know if it’s legit but read on Twitter he was throwing up a little on the bench? Has to be a concussion

It's been 3 games into the season and Hughes finally looks great. He was bound to have a breakout game, happened to be against the Rangers. Kakko has plenty of time.

Georgiev looked quite poopty. That first shot that he didn't catch just set the whole tone.

I'd love to know how anyone knows that. Unless they have a special secret bench camera. Maybe he got the wind knocked out of him.

Oh man.
Hate to say it, Zib is turning into Pudding Head Jr.
He didn't look good getting up, on the bench or going off the ice.

2 other things

Fox has to stay as the top PP 1 quarterback, let tony run the 2nd unit

Also get Strome the hell off of that top unit

Yeah. Put Kakko in Stromes spot I believe he was there last year. Then do a 2nd unit with Tony
