Fair enough, I thought that line was the best the Leafs had yesterday and he is a big body that can go into corners and come up with the puck. Granted he is not nearly as fast as Hyman giving him some looks on the Matthews line and the PP might be a pretty good thing. - winsix

Looool. Says the guy who starts 80% of his sentences with "most leaf fans". Says the guy who made a list putting people who criticise Andersen worse than Isis. 🤣

What the frank is your avatar? - Atomic Wedgie
It's a shark with a remora fish.
joel878 made the amusing analogy that I was a Great White and AA was the remora floating around me, living a parasitic existence by feeding off (with the worst possible takes) of my truly excellent* hockey posts.
Disclaimer: this is not a verbatim retelling of the analogy and, I suspect, is grossly inflated by my own ego. Use at your own discretion.

That’s what you get when you play with the 2 best players on the team. I don’t mind him there but I not sure how much he is adding. - Garnie
So, play a league minimum guy there, they’re the best line in the last game and that gives you the freedom to play Hyman on the third line giving us third good lines since when?
Hyman adds X% more over Thornton? We may be overestimating how good they were together last year. Either way, the cost is breaking up a really effective third line. I haven’t seen any realistic options to replacing Thornton on a line that is starting to come together.
But hey, everybody loves to come up with line combos so I’m waiting for the Engvall or Simmonds on top line suggestions.
