I'm not going to do this to try and be a pud, but I find that it is the best way for me to illustrate my point:

1) Strome got the minimal contract he did because he had no negotiating rights, and the league's finances took a major hit.
2) He was a #3 overall pick and that brings higher expectations than equal to AA.
3) I led with (and most agree) that his point production is not the issue, the rest of his game is.
4) I personally don't think there has been much if any growth in his overall game since coming over. I am openly willing to admit that has to do with coaching, but it's not like it isn't harped on all the time.

Boqvist:
1) Yes, I would like Boqvist on the ice as well, but if the moment is too big for him and he does not start progressing at the NHL level, he should go down to the AHL so that he could get max ice time in all situations.
2) He is barely engaging on offense. I believe this is because he is playing scared (possibly because his brain got scrambled, and because he is worried about making a defensive mistake).
3) I'm not expecting him to be Keith. I want him to be Boqvist. I believe that he could make that progression faster working on his game in the AHL (when it opens) rather than the NHL.

I'm really not fighting you on much here. More just what my expectations are for these players vs what I am seeing in their play.

Fair enough, its frustrating when many people expect an instant NHL player. Sometimes it happens sometimes it takes longer to happen and sometimes it just doesn't happen. All I'm saying is let them get the mileage in.

Pud is a good word. Underutilized, in my opinion.

Oh, and I agree on all points.

Yea I wouldn't bother with the place I linked. After looking at the menu, unless chicken wings are some unknown Swiss delicacy I'm not aware of, it's just your run-of-mill fast food joint.

There is a German Restaurant on Tira verde an area on your to the Fort DeSoto state park and beach that has a restaurab=n t ob one floor and you order fresh bread that they serve you...
the only snag is in. shot weather, I really dont want heavy schnitzel and spatiel and heavy potatoes / kraut.

Pius Suter: "I feel much more comfortable now for tonight's game than I did two days ago."

Adjustment to his first game on the smaller rink was tough, he said.

An adjustment to the adjustment to the adjustment. We'll i hope this adjustment works because i don't think they really made an adjustment during the game. Comical

Think Steinhaus was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.

Delia in net and Kurashev in for Pirri. NHL debut for another rookie.

Kurashev will be playing with Strome and Kubalik. Lines being mixed up already.

Two shifts for Kurashev and he already won a couple of board battles and been far more dangerous than Pirri was all night.

Confidence too. That's Boqvist's biggest issue imo
