Strome, AdB, Kane the goal scorers so far.

Is that going to be what it is? Who else can score on this team?

Can Kubalik put up 25-30 without Toews and Saad, now that the league knows him? Can Suter be another European surprise and get 20?

I fear lots of under 3s this season.

The most important thing for Kubalik is can he adjust/develop and create without them. We will know at the end of the year.

Are we being serious? They just played two games against the Stanley Cup Champs without a real training camp and two of their top players missing...and now we are not surprised he hasn't adjusted to how teams are playing him?...what a bum...they should trade him now...lucky if they get a 7th round pick.

Way to overreact, I've said before the season started he's a 1 dimension player, my logic says Toews and Dach are out for the season he's going to struggle. So far so true, but no need to get all, trade them all, we have him for 2 years let's see if he can become a more complete hockey player just like Strome.

Absolutely, he reminds me of the mule but unfortunately he doesn't have the teammates to fulfill that role now, I'll do you one better I'll give him 2 seasons, seems like 27 is the age is when you got what you got

I kind of don't understand why Kubs isn't paired with Kane.

And if GP is right put Strome and Cat together but Cat on the RW and fill in the rest

When Hinsdale and Blackhawks is mentioned i conjure up the sight of the TP of Queeneville's rented house in south of their downtown Hinsdale. O heard long time ago that Q was known to like cool jazz on Monday nights at Gale Street Inn. That place has been sold a couple times but still pretty good. They introduced a Cajun jambalaya for Sunday brunch maybe seven plus year ago. Now it is not just primarily ribs but you can get the combo jambalaya and ribs or ribs with other combo. Everyone has there favorite ribs place, but Millers Pub and Gale Street employ different methods for rbs; both very good..I can think of a few places out to eat Hinsdale area, but the two eatery sections off county line road south if I55 have a few places people often Uber to for dinner. Coach Q did some cooking info commercials or maybe it was something related to the Blackhawks events. In one instance he is wearing the white chef attire and talking up some dishes. Well down in Florida he can try some seafood.

Is not one Blackhawks food comment a welcome break from the discussion about the opening two dispointing losses. I hope that Mitchell gets more TOI. Kurashev looked good; would like to see Hagel now. I wish they would trade a dman and give both Carlsson and Beaudin some games

I think south of i55 is Burr Ridge but yea that's a really nice area, i like how they set up the condo/1st floor retail stores. The wife and i are wine club members of Cooper Hawk, the duodecim wine they have for club members this past month was one of my favorites and the red wine braised short ribs are so (frank)ing good. Mmm mmm

New blog! The Blackhawks lost the opening series against the Lightning. Philipp Kurashev made his NHL debut while Collin Delia was the starting goalie du jour.
