I may be wrong, but I think first the team i saw using that drop pass on the PP was Detroit. that's a good question though, would be interesting to know.

Suzuki for PLD? No way, José! Even Bergy wouldn't do that. Even the French press wouldn't want that. Did you see the game that Suzuki had last night (vs Toronto)? He as all over the ice. They are trying to fit in the MLS mould but while remaining French sounding, unfortunately they forgot that to be acceptable in Quebec, it has to be French Canadian sounding. I’d say fire the branding team but I think the MLS told them to get with the program and they did what little they could to be a bit different. Anyways who cares, soccer on this side of the pond is awful and nowhere near the Premiership’s level
