That's why I think Montreal is not a good partner for a trade. Any kind of package Columbus would be interested in would be a sideways move at best for the Habs.

hab fans tend to think offering quantity is better than quality.

a day before the anderson/domi trade they would scoff at it and say armia, byron, a c- graded prospect and a 3rd for anderson then convince themselves that it's a fair trade

I don't think anyone is debating he's a great player. The issue is it makes no sense for Montreal to give up their top cost controlled prospects for a player wanting out and due for a big raise next year. The cost of trading top prospects, whose potential I think is up there with Dubois, and the cost to cap next year are not worth it for Montreal.
