While I don’t wish I’ll will to anyone, if Mahomes is still hurt next week I won’t be shedding any tears

Already threw my tissues out. Just kidding. I think he got choked out a little bit, they said he passed all the tests after the game.

I think he'll play because it's the NFL but he looks like he has turf toe or a broken toe and he probably has scrambled eggs upstairs

I’m sorry but all I want is a championship. So until that happens they haven’t won anything.

I hate Brady as much as the next Buffalonian, but that call against Godwin infuriates me. He had possession with two feet in bounds but something something football move survive the ground. Should be a TD
- jcragcrumple

Exactly!
I was just saying the same thing to my wife.
It was a good call according to the rule inplace.
The rule sucks.

He made the catch, put 2 feet down while maintaining possession at the time he went out of bounds...should be a TD.

But because the he landed on his elbow while holding the ball away from his body, his arm literally pushed the ball out of his possession...he didn't drop the pass, the ground caused his arm to push the ball out if his other hand.

Fvcking stupid rule.

We all do, but to take away from what they did this season because it's "Super Bowl win or bust" is just silly.

Why not ?

Josh Allen and Diggs are about to get paid this offseason.

Only so much cap space to go around.

Could very well be their best shot to win

Why not? Because it sounds like a miserable way to be a fan and it saps enjoyment out of each game and step it takes to actually win the Super Bowl.

As far as I'm concerned as soon as the receiver gets two feet in with possession it should be a TD. Anything that happens after that is immaterial because the TD already happened

It also sounds like mental gymnastics to avoid fully investing in the journey of the team as you'll be able to say the games didn't really matter because they didn't win it all.

I see both sides.
Personally, I have enjoyed the entirety of the season. They are generally a very fun team to watch.
Yet, I do yearn for the team to win a championship, largely to shut up other fan bases who poi t to zero SB wins after 4 unsuccessful tries.

As we can attest to, seasons like this are not guaranteed in the future...seize the day!

I’ve always wondered just how fun it really is to be a Patriots fan over the last 20 years

There’s probably been some obvious amazing moments winning the SB but after the first 10+ years of coming into the season knowing you’re going to win 12-13 games and get a bye and not really having stressful games until the playoffs doesn’t seem like a majority of the season is fun

When you go into every season expecting to win, and you don’t, it’s disappointing.

When you go 17-1. The one loss is probably what you think of more then the precious 17 and the “process”

They re-did Diggs's contract when he got here.

Will he hold out for a new contract?

Allen is going to get paid it's what you want eventually...to pay your franchise QB because he is a franchise QB...

Mahomes got paid and is in the AFC Championship game this season

This could be their best shot to win, but they are also set up for success

This season is not a failure no matter what happens next Sunday or on February 7th.

The Bills aren't going anywhere for a while

And that’s a really unenjoyable experience as a fan IMO. As a player or coach that’s different if you’re actually competing

It would be super cool to be good for a long period of time and win championships but expecting to win one every year as a fan and not being able to enjoy a good season is just silly

Right?

I mean Patriot fans were throwing away Brady jerseys left and right

It's stupid

More in life out of a source of entertainment?

Also, who says it's settling? There's nothing wrong with being disappointed your team didn't win it all while still enjoying a very good season, when it happens.

Those 2 thoughts can coexist.

big question marks

do you bring back feliciano, daryl williams, wallace, mckenzie

do you cut brown (save 8 mil), morse (save 5 mil), hughes (save 7 mil), addison (save 6 mil), jefferson (save 6.5 mil), butler (save 6.8 mil)

who restructures, who refuses

looks like it all comes down to the o line, and d line

Good Post Stripes, and Allen seems like the type that will take his payday but isn't gonna kill the Bill's with it. Seems to know what TEAM means.

if the bills don't win it all

it will still be more fun to be a bills fan this year then at least 28 of the other teams

I understand. I look back and am proud of 4 Super Bowls. But at this point I want a win.
