Semi-retired , but wouldn't mind working for 3, 4 years more.

And I thought that too before living down here. Lanai is what they are called here in Sarasota, Tampa and in Ft. Lauderdale areas I have lived in, I believe it is most of Florida. Everyone has a "Screened in Lanai", many with a pool inside
