I think I read somewhere maybe here that they did interview Lindy, don't know how true that is. This assclown we hired is a good bulls$$t artist.
- SABRES 89

I really think the hires go in waves or feelings.

Keep darcy/ Lindy
Need change
Hire lala / tmgm / ted
Hire rex
Fire tmgm and rex not liking the harshness/ personally
Hire phil and botts
Hire mcbean
Nice people who aren't d!ck's, but no clue (phil/botts)
Hire ralph and gmka for financial reasons and because they are nice people who are respectful.

Did Darcy hire some Gypsy after he got let go to curse the Sabres.
- Buff36

They hires tmgm who convinced them to lose purposely.

That is the curse that set all the losing in motion.

Getting Cozens, Lazar, Risto, back will help.

Sending Okposo away will also help.

Trading one of Miller/Montour ++ for another top 9 forward would also help.

i never thought I would say this, but this team misses Z's energy...

- hehateme

No it doesn't since he spends half the time down on the ice.

He's very moody that's all I heard.
- SABRES 89

Yep, and I think the worm has turned as far as fans being willing to specifically criticize him. Simple way for him to fix both problems: dominate games, or A game. Pretend you're something like one of the best players in the NHL. Hold your underwhelming teammates accountable, since you wear a C.

Otherwise....what's the point of pretending Jack is the leader and face of this franchise? Superstars dominate when they need to. Else, you're not a superstar. Jack's a nice player. I need more.

I really think they start trading assets sooner than later:

Sam - late 1st or early 2nd
Hall- 1st
Risto- 2nd and a 3rd
Staal- Marcus Johansson and a 7th
McCabe- 3rd
Reider - 4th

Off season -
Jack to the kings - out of the conference
Skimmer to the kracken
Re-sign and over pay risto

This team really misses Girgensons

The players like Ralph

Eichel must be hurt

We really need Lazar back

Are all things that rational people would never say, 10 years into Pegula owning a team that's drafted top-2 three times, had 6 coaches, 4 GMs, and has picked top-10 every year since he bought the team.

Eichel is poison, Reinhart is a wimp, Skinner sucks, Hall is nothing special, our goalies suck, Dahlin sucks, they all suck.

I need Harrington to ask Jack at what point is it him?

From what I heard, Pegula won't pay another coach or GM that's not on the team, he 's losing money and was still paying for a past GM and Coach. We will have to ride it out with this assclown until the ship completely sinks or Pegula has had enough.

I've been here long enough to hear someone say that we miss Girgensons. That's a long time.

Anyway.... if there was a silver lining to last night's game it is that it look like the light went on for Jack during the second period. He may be hurt or grumpy but I wonder if part of the change this year was (at the beginning of the year) sharing the puck with Hall. Last night was there first time in a long time where Jack just demanded the puck and went with it.

I also think the Isles have a way of making people look worse than they are.

Okposo.... yikes. He looks like he can't even bend over. I can't recall seeing a player look so wooden.

Can people stop saying Jack is hurt when we just came off a break? There's no evidence of it. What part of his body? What is he favoring? Give me a break. Maybe a sandy vagina, maybe. But, that's it.

I don't know that he is still hurt but I think Ray let it slip out that he had a shoulder injury before the season.

Which one? I have not seen him favor either side. I mean he certainly avoids checking other players, so maybe it's both?

I've reached total apathy at this point. I honestly feel bad for you guys though. As I've mentioned a few times, I can't watch a full game live. DVR and fast forward is the way to go. I watched that entire game last night - while fast-forwarding - in about 5 minutes. I didn't catch any of the misery, the missed shots, the lack of talent, etc ... and I don't feel miserable today, like most of you do all of the time.

A word of advice : Try the DVR method. You'll feel better.

Also, wake me up when (if ?) we're finally good.

No idea, but he did miss the start of camp. He doesn't look injured to me either, but he was at some point.

I think there is a reason he’s rarely letting shots rip

lol. I have not made it to a third period of a 7pm start yet. I think everyone DVRs to some extent. I usually start 20 minutes late so I can FF through commercials.

Seems to be he's played that way his entire career to me. And, as I said to start this, if he's still injured after two weeks off, he shouldnt be playing. he obviously contributing nothing.

Eichel starts favoring his shoulder in the 3rd period, but you have already stopped watching 😉
