Bc the Jets are pathetic & it goes to show how ineffective he is in so many games as far as sacks go

Again, pressures are nice
But good QBs still make plays when pressured
They don’t when they’re sacked

- jdfitz77

So the only way he’s effective is sacks, got it.

Tre White had 3 picks
Hyde 1
Poyer 2

Our secondary sucks then I suppose in your opinion?

If you take away last year's Super Bowl
The Chiefs didn't win the Super Bowl
Therefore, they aren't championship material
imo

That’s absolutely NOT what i said
I literally said, “pressures are nice”

But sacks are inarguably better,
true or false?

There absolutely is, you won’t accept it, no point in arguing it.

Hughes is excellent

- sbroads24

hughes in a part time roll with the bills had 29 tackles in 15 games
part time due to rotation

the leading DE in sacks, trey hendrickson had 25 tackles in 15 games

Just a little info if anyone cares, some players I was told are unhappy with Ralph and his in game coaching due to him not having much structure with the players and his game plan. Apparently also, he has had some " words" with Joker.

I’d rather have the guy who gets more consistent QB pressures than a guy with 2-3 more sacks

If a guy is consistently beating an O-lineman it draws help in that direction and allows the Bills to scheme blitzes from the LB’s or secondary and they get free runs at the QB.

It also can force an interception which is more than likely better than a sack

Who gives a crap about how many tackles a DE makes?
When you’re an edge rusher, that hardly comes into play

Don’t ever remember ppl debating Reggie vs Bruce based on their tackle numbers

You’re trying way too hard,
using a stat that’s not really significant at all in terms of this discussion

Why can’t a guy get all those pressures,
AND more sacks as well?

Sacks can lead to fumbles too

Nice try though
Maybe answer the question now ?

I'm not trying hard at all

he is a part time player putting up good numbers, gets to the qb

perfect world he had more sacks but the bills are not running the same d as the browns, steelers or rams

I think sacks are important
Pressuring the QB is great, sacks are better
It’s undeniable

It's honestly incredible how sure of yourself you are when you are flat out wrong.

Homie made a great point too, the Bills have always been a rotational D under McDermott, he plays less snaps, yet wins a ton of pass rushes.

If he played 90% of the snaps he'd have more sacks. It's simple math

Hughes is very good. You are very wrong, and being a douche about it as usual

I’m not even remotely close to wrong
Sacks are important, just like special teams
Just bc YOU don’t value them,
doesn’t mean they aren’t valuable

And if Hughes was good enough, he’d demand more snaps

Good QBs often still make plays, even when they’re pressured
They don’t when they’re sacked
True or false?

“Ralph is somebody that I look up to a lot,” Eichel told Hockey Central’s Jeff Marek last April while quarantining at his house in Buffalo. “There’s such a great respect there and I think that it’s mutual between us.”

Discuss.

So those rumors that he's happy might be true?

Maybe the guy IS hurt.

I'm not playing this game where you change the narrative.

You think Hughes isn't good because he doesn't get sacks. More than 1 person has now explained why he doesn't get a ton

As I said, you won't accept it so this is all pointless.

But if you can find me a single Bills analyst, like Sal Capaccio, Joe B, Marcel Louie Jaques (sp) or ANYONE who actually agrees with you, i'd love to hear it.

Find me one.

I agree BOTH are good
I’ve literally said “pressures are nice” about half a dozen times

I just think sacks are important as well
Idk why this is so controversial to want your DEs to get more than 5 sacks a season???
