Eichel LOVES Ralph
It’s a huge reason he’s the coach again this season
And Hall came here specifically bc he wanted to play for Ralph again

If Ralph is fired,
gotta wonder how that affects the future of our 2 best players

- jdfitz77

Yep, and the Brofest has gotten us 3 goals

Some guys are playing really good under Ralph too

Superstar olofsson
Ullmark
Risto
McCabe
Staal the last few games

Mixed bad of tricks / coaching

Maybe some guy's relate and buy in, others make 9 million a year and are coach killer's

Maybe the start scoring like $10m and $8m players...and add Skinner's $9m in...
Could it get any worse for guys who consume 33% of the Cap?

That should be the conversation going on in the Front Office...
"Ralph, your spending $27m on players who are producing like $2m players...what's your plan to get the each into the top 10?
And help me understand why Irwin is looking better than our Generational Talent on D?
Do you think your line combinations and Coaching methods are maximizing the play of our best players, or rather 5 guys on lines 3 and 4 who combined make less than Hall?
Are we going to miss the playoffs AGAIN, like last year when only 7 teams didn't qualify?

Yeah he had a bad game yesterday. That's why I wish Dudley would have taken a roll with the team, instead of telling him we know more about hockey then you, they should have just had there check book open on the desk when he walked in and told him to put a number on the line.

I agree. This is and will be the biggest issue for this team. The bad contracts paid out to the scorers that are not scoring will be the downfall.

No I don't, but it's killing us, and Hall does not look good in his Buddies system right know.

Mostly fair points, which i AGREE with
Just saying,
there’s a big reason why Ralph IS here
Having the support of your “franchise” player give him latitude
So does having a guy like Hall sign here specifically just to play for him

At the end of the day,
we’re gonna have to deal with his decisions (like them or not) bc Eichel & Hall’s support have given him that latitude

Hoping he isn’t resigned.

This team really needs an overhaul. It’s not working with Eichel and the pieces around him. He won’t stay for a rebuild so he’s going to need to be traded

I remember that being an issue with Hall & McDavid trying to play together too
Some guys just don’t mesh well even though they’re elite talents

Maybe Jack on 1 line, & Hall on line2 will yield better results?
Let them each “carry” their line

I was hoping they would keep
Hall Staal Cozens together and switch Cozens and Staal. Staal is just to slow to play C anymore.

I am not ready to go that far yet. They just need to get there heads out of Krueger's Ass and bury some of there chances.

I think the lines will continue to be juggled
Hopefully we can find some cohesiveness throughout the lineup sooner than later

Skinner can't be judged with the line mates hes had idgaf about 9million you have to put your best players in positions to succeed not put them in positions to suck cause you can't get along with them.

Can't expect players to make adjustments if you don't yourself. Clearly your system doesn't work but ya lets keep trying it out.
