This ain’t Twitter boy, are you trying to go for a slew foot? Did I do that term right, I also confuse it with oil change and pigeon.

What/who would you trade for Kuemper, would you resign him?

Quinn Johnson and a 2nd
- Buff36

Rusty36 , that's probably pretty accurate. That's about as fair/realistic of a trade as I've heard around here.

I'm out, that's pretty heavy.

Maybe one of quinn or Johnson + 1st protected.

Would you?

Any (1) of quinn, Johnson, protected 1st and okposo

For raanta

Raanta, Mattias Maccelli for Mitts and Hutton, Girgensons to IRLT.

Serious question, the Coyotes made the playoffs last year, why would they blow the team up early in the season?

I'm more of a leaving the bench guy....

I like kuemper, rode him to a championship #🍪🏆

Tage or mitts need to go.
Probably Samuelson or Johnson.
1st lottery protected. (So basically the 8th pick)

I'd love to add an okposo contract and extend kuemper with his $?

Hardly consider it 'blowing the team up'.

In this proposed move, they save 1.5M, adding to their cap space to be able to add a difference maker at the TDL, while acquiring a more refined prospect for their taxi squad, on a team with poor center prospects.

Raanta, a clear upgrade to the goalie position, offers a strong 1A option to Ullmark. We add the better player, but also the additional salary, and we'd have to exercise LTIR. And Raanta leaves a place where he's clearly been ousted, for a place where he can raise his value with TOI.

Sorry wasn't trying to be rude,, I wouldn't give up a 1st, not if Quinn Johnson are included.

Could we waive him, have him pass through waivers and add him to the taxi squad?

We’d need to add someone there if Mitts goes

My proposal had that option. Or, anyone still down there. Ogelvie. Who gives a poop. With Raanta's cap at 4.25, Hutton's at 2.75, that adds 1.5M to your cap if they're swapped. If you demote Hutton, or send them JJ, you're keeping an extra 1.725M, totalling 3.225M. Girgensons is only good for 2.2M on LTIR.

What you're suggesting can't work.

I think you’re right. It’s a heavy package but the market is bare.

If I’m Kevyn Adams I’m watching every move Jack makes, this team so far doesn’t look good. This roster is filled with high end talent but there’s no chemistry.

Short term plan - unload top end prospects to acquire a goalie and center. This is pretty much a Hail Mary sense this team hasn’t proven itself to be a winner and it’s main goal is to keep Eichel and Hall around.

Long term plan - don’t have one, no reason to plan long term if you can’t win.

Olofsson, Risto, Montour, Miller all should be in trade talks as well.

I could see this happening.

Maybe tage or mitts and a pick.

I think kuemper is a fan favorite, kinda guy that keeps them in games. A guy you can build a franchise around.
For at least 4 or 5 years

- Boss34

The yotes only owe Raanta 1 mil this year but his cap hit is 4.5. If they are cash strapped it wont be Raanta they move. Kuemper will cost big

Probably have to give up serious assets for kuemper.
Every team is the league (that needs a goalie) is gonna be offering some sounds prospects.

If your the Coyotes, you need to cash in on your "asset"

I'm sure they would consider cozens. I wouldn't.

- Boss34

I wouldn’t trade Cozens either
They reportedly wanted two 1sts at the draft
They didn’t get that,
so I’m thinking a 1st + could get it done
But who knows?
