I'd say you're on point there. I'd rather not force Anderson's nickname, let something come when it comes

I'll bet money they spent good money on a committee and focus groups to get there

this rebranding, after using the Impact name for so many years, is a silly idea imo. but hey, perhaps "real soccer fans" think this is the way to go, because the really good teams are named as such...

It reminds me of the old CFL: "Ah (frank) it just call them the Rough Riders and move on with your lives"

And changing the logo. The speculated one is....no.

It's probably a step below improving the hotdogs at the Bell Centre.

and kinda like the way CFL football isn't quite at the same level of play as the NFL, from what I understand the MLS is still very far from European soccer, so why pretend... just do your own thing in North America for crying out loud lol

I thought Suzuki, Anderson and Romanov looked very good.
I thought Price was ordinary and KK invisible.
Good game by the Habs, without the unlucky break on the puck that hit the ref you probably win.

Game of inches. I blame it more on Weber throwing that puck in the fans to give a 5 on 3. Think it's clear they are going to stay out of the box if they want to win agaisnt Toronto

They should be like minor league baseball with crazy giveaways, schemes, theme nights, shenanigans and all that. Entertain me around the game to distract from your C level talent

Make it a contact sport, why not give them skates to go faster and sticks so they can hit each other with

Kotkaniemi was noticable and impactful on every single shift. I don't know where to start on a comment like this because it almost brings me to the dreaded "did you even watch the game?" stuff.

Both are poop.

Impact was fine. The stadium was full and there was a hype when they brought in Drogba.

Their problem is that they refuse to pay to have world class striker and have mediocre results on the field. It's not a branding problem

Toronto FC - when they have the top payroll they win and sellout the stadium. When they don't have a top payroll they don't win and the stadium is half full. It's not confusing as long as you're making money with a top payroll

He was 1 for 9 in face-offs and had no shots on goal.
So my opinion is not valid if I give credit to Suzuki, Anderson and Romanov but I didn't watch the game if I thought KK was invisible?
Even though I said you would have probably won if we didn't get the lucky break?
Interesting.
