this might not be the case since the vaccines are not infection blocking and therefor you might still be able to spread the virus -- hence need to wear a mouth mask and might even be other restrictions..

(I haven't read what the regulations/restrictions are for people that have received both shots of a vaccine - but normally until all are vaccinated (or x%) i wouldn't expect any 'special benefits' for anyone)

I will be required to wear a mask, Pfizer vaccine has a 95% efficacy after the second dose. The testing centre gave me a certificate for the first dose - and the certificate for the second dose will exempt me from being tested. I basically had to have a test every four days to continue my visits to a Long-Term facility. The director of the facility and gave me a written document indicating once you have the 2nd dose documentation, testing no longer required.

Canada did a very good job pre-ordering vaccines. We ordered aver 350 million, just under 5% of the total. We weren’t at the top if the distribution list. I don’t know if the hold up is doses getting here or stuff happening at provincial level. I know someone who a shot because a long term care facility “had extras”

I understand this is done in this way - but not very fair nor appropriate since not all have been given the chance to receive the vaccine.
This will create a division between those who have had the vaccine vs those who haven't -- and in particular not good since there will be people traveling around that will infect others (unwillingly).

Santo is now an expert on the Vaccine, about 9 months ago, Covid was no worse than the flu and I was an alarmist when I made a rough extimate that 1.5 Million would die. Boy my estimate was woefully low and your comments hold little water on this subject.

As we have seen things change very easily and the restrictions on vaccines will be no different.
