I fully expect the players to be vaccinated before April as they speed up the vaccination roll out. The minute they start giving the vaccine to the general population, the NHL will insure they are first in line....quietly.

Well they keep saying that you can still carry and transmit the virus even if you are vaccinated, so until the whole population is vaccinated and the virus is gone it's too much of a risk to spread this highly dangerous virus.

Yeah England announced a full lock down last night but the 22 pages long document from the government includes some exceptions, pro sports being one. The league needs to make money and Qc has only just confirms the Canadiens can host game so I don’t see them doing a full 180 right now tbh

Difference is, the teams are spending pooploads of money testing players every single day to prevent and contain any possible infection. They have ressources that we as individuals just don’t have, so why not let fans have this distraction while they are stuck at home?
