I use Vim and a M. Net magic eraser but yeah grout in a kitchen is not great

I would smash them and replace them with a laminate counter if he is selling, keep cost low, every body HATES ceramic countertops, he will get his money back in the selling price.

Depends what the rest of the kitchen looks like, if it's old cabinets I would'nt the buyers are going to factor in redoing the kitchen anyway.

Habs would have been fine either way, not a ton of glaring needs other than the magical "first line centre." Which hopefully is either Suzuki or Kotkaniemi.
