I really like Dubois, a legit top 2 center. Schenn cost St Louis 2 #1s and a salary dump. I’m thinking Dubois would cost about the same. I don’t think the Flyers go there.

schenn cost one first. they got the other one because of the salary dump

Yes. Kerr was 6'3" which seemed to be bigger back then. JVR should watch hours of Kerr tape... Morin, Ratcliffe should watch and learn as well.

Not really, because it was Lindblom's first full season and he's younger. I don't really care who is more important, I want both to stay. I was just saying why people probably feel that way.

At this point I think Hayes is a much better player than JVR. The JVR signing is looking like a mistake imo. When it happened I tried to be optimistic, but it just doesn't look good.

Well 2018-19 was Scott Laughton’s second full season, to Oskar Lindblom’s first full season.

Well this where lines get crossed. I also want both Lindblom and Laughton to stay, so this argument is for people who already have Lindblom penciled in as a future star and already trading Laughton or allowing him to walk in UFA. I don’t have Lindblom penciled in as a star based on a hot October in 2019. I do however see him as a winger with a balanced two way game, who can play on any line. I think the much higher ceiling belongs to Joel Farabee on LW.

It wasn't though, because he played 71 games in 15-16. My point is he was on the team for a few years at that point while Lindblom was still basically a rookie to start the 18-19 season. Laughton had a lot more NHL experience despite only being 2 years older.
