I’m sure it was mentioned here before, but having players on LTIR they can be activated for playoffs with no cap hit, I believe (if only activated for playoffs). Just the loop holes. Tough to see the top money teams be able to do that. Cost them a second round pick and cash / LTIR hit. So not that much to pay great players below average (due to taxes, it’s more) and trade away “bad cap” players for a 2nd. Sad.

Coburn had a NTC

waived it to go to sens and play

Snowing like crazy in GB. Love watching games like this (from my nice warm living room)

You've been in FL too long if you think that's "snowing like crazy"

fair enough. Although it looked worse in the shot I saw during pregame warmups.

Read 1 of my posts and expect me to humor you but alas: The refs handed the Steelers their division today, throwing flag after flag for looking at the WR's in the Black and Yellow. Colts couldn't even get near a Steelers' receiver without a flag being thrown. That will cause any team to back off a little too much. And they did completely.

1- u b!tch about the refs constantly, yawn
2- Ben clearly made plays all 2nd half to lead them back for the win
He might not be what he was, but he’s not exactly “done” either

It’s ok to admit when u were wrong....

one of his two lost fumbles was on a sack

the other was the last play of the game trying to get a first down

Why all this hate against Baker anyways?

Assuming the Bills win tomorrow, next sunday will be fascinating. Do the Steelers try to lock up the 2 seed and KO the Browns' playoffs hopes, or rest their guys, let the Browns in and let the Bills get the 2
- jcragcrumple

I think PIT and the Bills will play the starters the 1st half & sit them most of the 2nd

At least that’s what they should do

It was pretty stupid last week for us to have the starters still in when we were up by more than 20 in the 4th quarter

Are you concerned about letting the dolphins win and get in? Then have to play them again at home in the 1st playoff game?

I'm still hoping we avoid Baltimore. Lamar can do what Watson did last year. Win it himself 🤔

- Boss34

I’m with ya
Ravens worry me the most as a 1st round opponent
Lamar can be an X factor

I’d like to avoid a TEN rematch too,
even though they don’t look great tonight

Thanks. I hadn't looked into the Titans/Bills implications

Disagree- both teams probably play starters all game unless either game gets out of hand. Playing at home in rd 2 is big, even without fans, and if by some chance A team like the titans knock of KC, playing home in the AFC championship is huge. It doesn’t come without risk but ...

Eat a fat cock, Fitz. This is why no one likes you. Antagonistic and confrontational little man. Hours later, and you didn't need to say anything yet "here you are starting SH!T again". Good grief.

Matt Ryan had a 121 QBR and lost.

Good thing special teams don’t matter

127 yards rushing for Indy

20 yards for Pitt

Steelers won’t win like that in the playoffs.

Unless they get the same officiating crew then maybe.

You’re probably right.

But they were down, and came back, because of the QB.

They won’t have comebacks like that with a below average QB

Devante Adams has 17TD’s in 13 games.

That’s unreal

Steelers Defence came up big too in the 2nd half.

Perhaps the Colts should have kept running the ball like they did in the first half, and on their first drive in the 3rd quarter on route to taking a 24-7 lead.

Just a thought.

Sure but you’re basing your opinion on a hypothetical that they should’ve kept running.

I’m just stating what happened

He was everywhere tonight. He hasn't always been healthy but he's right up there with DeAndre Hopkins when he is. Stefon Diggs making a case for a top-3 WR in the game this year, too.

YUGE.

"Casey Nelson has reportedly opted out of the 2020-21 season, according to TSN's Darren Dreger. Nelson signed a one-year, $700,000 deal with Buffalo on Oct. 22 after he spent the 2019-20 season with the Rochester Americans of the AHL. He notched four goals and 12 points in 48 games with the Sabres' top minor-league affiliate. Nelson earned one goal and five assists in 38 appearances with Buffalo during the 2018-19 campaign"
