No, they shouldn’t have thrown it more. But they probably won’t continue to get fumbled snaps and interceptions thrown right to them and I bet throwing for under 100 yards and getting 3 turnovers isn’t a sustainable formula to win in the NFL

And I think the Bills can beat the Chiefs if they are able to keep Mahomes on the sideline and score on methodical time consuming drives.

Whether that means Allen is running it himself or not the most efficient way of killing clock is by having some semblance of a running game.

If the Bills happen to substitute the run game for the short passing game to sustain long drives then so be it. Maybe that’s the way it will be done in 2020 and beyond are these quick hitters in the passing game. It still serves the same purpose as the ground game in consuming clock. It shortens the game and gives Mahomes less possessions and less time.

The Bills defence and special teams units may very well make them the best overall team in the AFC at the moment. Although the wins over SF, Pittsburgh, and Denver’s AHL affiliate have lost a little bit of luster with the way those said teams have performed of late.
