Like LH suggested, we're a top contender now, we won't be drafting high. If anything we deal some more high picks to help us with the cup run. - VanHockeyGuy
lol can still be a good team and pick outside the top 10. Cup Run? 2-3 years...

Was never in the Orca debate.
Give me an example of what JB can trade without hurting the team and acquire a top 10 1st? - boonerbuck
lol
Funny how the only way to rid ourselves of the Orca is for the 'cancel culture' to do it for us... |

Cool. I'm of the thinking that someone will step up and fill that 2nd line role beforehand. It's too important with games meaning more. Injuries will probably dictate when the kid gets to move up the lines, but he's bottom 6 otherwise. It's the Travis Green way. - Load Management
So... is a third/second liner a top 6, top 9, middle six or bottom 6 player?
Benning has said he's ready and will play with Horvat, I'll take his word and keep calling him a middle 6 player, thank you very much. |

OK by me. We can call him whatever until he proves otherwise. I don't want to be the one to stand in the way of your new found Bromance with Vantel. |

How does one interview an entire culture? Would that not be the same as “speaking on behalf of others”?
This is an issue when working with First Nations, you have hereditary chiefs and you have elected chiefs. They too don’t always speak for the entire culture.
Best thing to do is avoid these situations altogether. Pick an emblem, crest, or mascot that has absolutely no connection to any culture or class. Stick in rink or downhill skate are perfect. Other than being ugly it won’t offend. - bloatedmosquito
I dont know if this is the PC thing to say, but, Im totally down with it......makes the most sense to me.... |

Sorry, I love the black theme jerseys, however, this is a terrible logo
 - Pacificgem
Speaking of bad logos, unless you are a bonafide First Nations citizen you're just asking for trouble with that avatar.

Totally disagree. Colours and logo work for me. Perfect third jersey with the ‘stick in rink’ as their home and away. Both have history, meaning, and success attached to them. Both have no affiliation outside of the team itself.
What more can you ask for? |

I think they look badass.
I believe they had a winning record wearing them during their 50th anniversary season. Played 4 or 5 games with them didn’t they? Avs, Sabres, Preds, Rags... |

Why? The Seahawks logo was designed by Fist Nations artist, they actually went about it in the right way. Everyone should celebrate that. |
