Fitz would be the perfect backup behind Allen - jdfitz77
I agree with this. Fitz actually would’ve been good if he didn’t have a noodle arm.
He literally did everything.
Read defense
Audibles
Made progressions
Etc
The only issue was throwing tight window throws with his noodle arm that would get intercepted. |

He’s a season ticket holder just like you! You know all!
And EJ had an all star team in college and still wasn’t great. He did the same exactly stuff with the bills that he did in college. - Sabretooth9
BS
his strength coming into the pro was powerful arm, and mobility
they literally did not let him do either as a bill, it was all dink and dunk as a bill
they were trying to make him more like Scott Mitchell
and florida state was anything but a star team those years |

people are stupid.. the bad part is there are millions of people that believe this woke crap... exhibit gerbe - SabresFaninIndiana
The “bad part” is that so many (moronic) ppl pay so much attn to all these loud mouthed idiots just yelling their bullsh!t louder than the dipsh!t they’re debating with
Then they waste even more of their lives talking about whatever ______ said on their terrible talk show
Idk who’s worse:
the hosts themselves, or the idiots who watch their shows constantly- thus legitimizing them
Turn the radio/tv/twitter/etc off |

I’d feel much more comfortable with Fitz |

FSU was loaded. Crab legs Winston won a national champ a year after EJ left
EJ held that team back from greatness
3300 yards and 23 TDs with a loaded roster.
Winston with the game roster a year later
4000 yards and 40 tds and a national championship with a side of crab legs |

Fitz would be solid
Can win you a few games if Allen goes down
Plus he is beloved in Buffalo and he actually likes it in Buffalo
But I think they go younger - Stripes77
They did draft Fromm last year,
so there is some youth
Plus Allen is pretty young himself
I think a Vet presence would be helpful
Fitz is smart too- almost like another coach |

for 1 game or coming off the bench in the middle of the game, agreed
not sure I would want him for an extended stretch over trubisky. partly because I think trubisky has a lot of upside if he had average coaching (nagy is too conservative IMO) |

Oh okay. So EJs 23 tds in his final year is good. My bad
All mock drafts and nfl analysts had him as a 3rd or 4th round pick.
So again. My bad. I’m dumb
A freshman then comes in with a much more impressive season with 40 tds.
No big deal. I’m dumb again - Sabretooth9
yeah you are dumb on this one, you have no clue how ej was in college, looking at stats from year to year
I'll give you a free tip
the last few years when bobby was the coach, fsu was anything but a big football school
lousy recruiting
average records
jimbo takes over in 2010
recruiting classes get really good, and wow year 4 of his recruits (first class are now sr.s) they win a nation tittle

A good college scouting profile ...... EJ literally fits exactly what he did as a pro - Sabretooth9
agreed
Strengths:
Dual-Threat Quarterback
Powerful arm
Excellent mobility
Size & strength
Escapability
Experienced
Quick release
that was his strenghs
bills clearly did not coach him to his strengths, hence he failed
and he never should have been a first rd pick |

His weaknesses stayed the same as they were in college.
Hence why I said he sucked in college and terrible in the pros.
He played the same way he did in both leagues
And you saying he shouldn’t have been a first round pick. You are agreeing with me. He wasn’t good in college.
If he was good. He would’ve been a sure fire first round pick by draft media and anyone scout
The bills reached big time.
Thank homie. I’ll be here all week. |

I remember buddy nix saying at a pre draft luncheon that ej couldn't make pro throws. Then he went out and drafted him. At least they were able to land Kiko with the extra 2nd rounder from STL |

he was decent with the deep ball
average at best in the middle throws
could step out of the pocket and make a play with his feet if needed
I hated the pick, only way it would have been worse, was if it was geno
There was no pro qb's in that class and the bills had no business drafted one
should have traded a mid pick to get a backup from another team
and if your gonna reach and draft him, play to his strengths not his weakness

So if goaltending holds us back again, do we blame Adams? Or Brandon Beane since that's who Adams takes orders from |

Seriously if they don't get a goaltender and they're bad again it's just another check mark on the failure that is the Pegulas running a hockey team - Stripes77
That's insane if they don't get one and it comes back to haunt them.
Keep the goalies the same
Keep the bad #4 D man who the coach plays as a #1 (The Bills have a VERY good #4)
Keep the other bad RD and play him at LD with the other bad RD
Expect massive improvments. |
