So I think it’s our last 3 1st round picks (Johnson, 31st overall) and now today Peterka made it V (2020 2nd rounder).
- Lilroot9

Thank you !

5 is respectable.

Generally speaking, are these guys too young (later round picks) to show growth between being drafted and the world juniors?

For sure
They almost made the playoffs last year playing a 4th string QB
Tomlin should’ve won Coach of the year last season

I think both teams will score in the mid20s-mis30s
And the game will be decided by 10pts or less

Before PITs injuries, I’d have picked them
Now i think it’s a coin flip

Good fitz:

I really cant see a big spread either way. Too much ability to make up ",garbage points" when exclusively throwing late in the game. 6 good wrs and 2 top throwers.

At some point dabol comes out running, similar to the playoffs last year. Suprise them ......

It’ll be interesting to see our offensive game plan
Bc they’re still gonna get after the passer
So maybe some more screens & run plays will be a priority for us?

I also don’t see any benefit to Buffalo from holding Cozens or Quinn out of this tourney. Playing on that stage with expectations of success will only help their development into NHL players. (imo)
Idk if there are very many late round picks on these tournament rosters, especially the top countries’ teams. One late round pick that made a WJC team is Canada goalie Devon Levi. 7th round pick by FL. I don’t know how much he’ll actually play, but some think he could grab the #1 goalie spot for Canada.

We’ve played MUCH worse defenses this season & not scored 41pts on them
And i don’t see our defense dominating their offense like u predict either

The Bills don’t beat teams by more than 10pts
So a prediction of 25 point win seems like a reach

I just don’t think we are that kind of team
We don’t blow teams out

I can see Daboll and Allen feasting on a bunch of quick strike throws, draws, screens and gadget plays utilizing Beasley, Moss, Singletary, Knox to nullify a fierce pass rush and bring the Safeties up to stop the gashing...then it's go time to Diggs and Davis.

GO BILLS!

Definitely, gonna be about pressuring both qbs.

Connor's back from the virus, probably be a big part of the Pittsburgh attack.

Guy that scares me is the change of pace back, anthony McFarlan (boogers kid) . He doesnt get a ton of playing time but the screen pass could be tough for our linebackers.

Combined record of 20-4 going at it tonight, seems like a real nfl game in the op

Nice ion. My guess is a few cole Beasley to allen type phili specials as well.
Even if were the favorite to win, I feel like were gonna try throw some gadget's in and keep them guessing.

I think we see some ZACK MOSS tonight.

McDermott really slapped his wee wee by benching him. You really don't want to alienate the rookie, it was 1 mistake. A big mistake, but part of the game.

Moss breaks thru for 100 yards on the ground - book it

Expecting Arttu Ruotsalainen to start as a wing when he gets to Buffalo. The year-over-year growth in his game, not just on the score sheet, has been really noticeable. Curious to see who they put him with at the start of camp.

Good post.

The Bill's defense still seems weak against the run. That's where I would attempt to attack.

These 3 Pittsburgh receivers are dangerous as well.
Tre can't cover all 3

KC - Miami is going to be good, as should Colts - Raiders...depending on which Raiders team shows up.

I expect a decent rush from hughs, oliver, klein and dare I say darryl johnson tonight

4 sacks tonight, buffalo will be ready for prime time and the steelers will be in a funk midway in the second quarter

Shut down Big Ben's short passing game. And are Oline keep Allen upright and we win this game. Could see Beasley and Knox have big games this week again.

1- that’s not true

2- there’s no reason to think we’ll blow out 1 of the league’s best teams, when we can’t even blow out the league’s WORST team- and we had 2 tries to do it vs the Jets

The Bills are a good football team
We just don’t have blow out wins
That’s not a slight against the Bills...
It just accepting who we are

Has Baker said WHY he thinks that?
Or might he just be assuming our Center spots are locked up already

At the end of the day they all look the same on the score sheet.

Don’t think many Steelers of Chiefs fans are going to feel sorry for themselves for all their nail biters

Realignment is a kick in the nuts, I'd much rather play Detroit 8x, but this roster should be capable of beating out the Rangers this year (will be a great competition) and definitely should be superior to New Jersey. Tough but fair, gives us a reachable goal.

I would assume his size, and the fact that the NHL is a much harder league then the Liiga.

Baker mentioned just the overall improvement in all facets in his game across the past 12 months.

I’m not either
PIT is very similar to us in that they generally don’t blow teams out either

And it’s 2 good teams playing

It all points to a close game imo

I think 4C is totally up in the air right now
Could be Lazar, be i think he fits more as the 13th forward
Could be Girgs, but he’s been primarily a winger for years now

So if we want line3 to be a “scoring” line,
i wonder if Routsalainen (or Cozens or Mitts) get their shot to Center that line

I just find it curious that he seems so sure he’ll play on the wing, when our bottom6 center spots seem totally up for grabs (to me at least)
