We literally lived what’s hes preached and have gotten absolutely nowhere.

Why? Because the greatest QB of all time was in our division for 20 years.

- sbroads24

No, the 49ers did.

Alex Smith, Colin Kapernick, Jimmy Goroppolo.

2 SB appearances and a few plays away from a ring.

Probably should have gotten that ring last year.

Patrick Mahomes is just that good and will retire the Best QB to ever do it.

Again, I’m not disputing a good rushing/ strong defensive team can win it all. They have multiple times.

It’s just not a debatable fact that having a great QB will get you farther than not having one.

I personally want a good running game and good defense. But first and foremost I want to be able to throw the ball when needed

I'd trade my first round pick all day long for an impact guy like Diggs instead of drafting

Justin Jefferson?

Great trade, similar to the biscuit trade when we were close

rams got 3 first rd picks, 3 second rd picks, and 2 years of greg bell for d!ckerson

bell had over 1,000 yards in his 2 full seasons there and led league in rushing td's both of those years

Yes, they are, and only 23% of the time it’s a non HOF QB
- sbroads24

And we’ve already been over how a lot of those SB’s won by HOF QB’s we’re done during “non elite” singular passing seasons.

Throw their passing seasons into a blender in those respective SB seasons and take names and status out of it and it will not be as slanted as 77/23.

Bob Griese won both SB’s and both games combined he tossed for less than 200 yards.

Terry Bradshaw went on to have a HOF Career but those first two SB wins he was average.

Big Ben was not elite in 2005.

Russel Wilson’s career from 2014 till present has nothing to do that was was an efficient QB in 2013 with a historic defence and a strong run game. In the Super Bowl he was elite in they lost because they didn’t run the ball from the one heard line.

Peyton Manning was not elite in 2015. In fact between him and Osweiler they had the worst QB play in the NFL that year or close to it.

Brady is one of the best to ever do it but 2001, 2004, and 2018 and he was efficient but not elite. A majority of Brady’s best seasons he didn’t win it at all and that has nothing to do with those 3 singular good but not elite seasons.

Elway was elite for 4 Super Bowls and lost 3 of them. He was average in his last win with Davis leading the way.

Eli Manning was average and has 2 rings. Flacco had a great playoffs but was an average QB. Brad Johnson, Trent Dilfer, Nick Foles......

It’s a team game, QB is an important part to it and they need to be efficient and make the plays they have to when called upon. That’s the way I see it.

Gotta think there will be a bit of a curve with both players.

Jefferson up , being that generally rookie's build forward

Diggs down, guys get older. He's prime for probably the 4 year's left

Also $

But, I'd take the trade all day. Diggs is awesome. Glad it's not a contract year

Jefferson is a Diggs clone just younger and inexperienced.

Making the trade, one month early, know you got your wr.

Draft day, never know what can happen. Teams know you want WR and trade in front? Who knows.

Love the trade, brings tons off the field too, which is equally important.

Not arguing against the trade though

Good point.

Diggs is every bit as important as Allen is though to the Bills offence.

It was a great trade for both the Bills and the Vikings.

Their window begins now. And in large part it's because of the trade for Diggs.

Lucky enough for the Browns that most recent missed PAT was made up for it by the 2 point convert.

Parkey missing the field goal in the first half though is huge moving forward for the rest of this game.

Now with Lamar down this gets interesting

Ravens down to a mash unit in the secondary.

Lamar comes off the pooper after his backup tears his ACL after 5 minutes.

9 rushing TD’s.

Holy crap, pun intended

Told this to a buddy of mine earlier today

If Cleveland loses ..... the media and nfl will not take them seriously as a team.

If the bills lost to the Steelers. It would’ve been the same narrative
