6. I've got 6 games. Half the season.

Harrington takes are takes you make by watching a few minutes of a game, not doing any analysis, and just making blind opinions.

"Don't pay Sam, he's soft"

"Ristolainen is great because he contained Ovechkin"

"Jack is not captain material"

- TheSabresTaco

speaking of sam, i thought allen looked a lot like skunk in his pregame interview with steve young

Bc Oliver is a top10 pick & Hicks is better

I’d cut Star & put his cap towards Mack & Hicks

- jdfitz77

I'm sure 'you' would, but the Bills won't. They reconstructed his contract to guarantee that they don't.

steelers have yet to play a high passing team this year

and they lost one of their best pass rushers last week for the year

- homiedclown

Losing Dupree doesn’t mean their defense sucks now though
I won’t be convinced we will beat PIT till it actually happens

At this time next week,
I may be singing a different story

Simply said, the Bills felt the need to hold onto Trent because AJ was not ready to fully supplant him. That is the reasoning he is here today. Beane would have done well to release Trent and sign a rotational Edge to play with Eps, but he didn't, so here we are. They apparently thought the team was fine enough with his cap space included. Fortunately next season he falls off and we can move on.
- TheSabresTaco

I get it
Just wish we wouldn’t have wasted so much Cap Space on “rotational” players
Bad Cap mgmt imo

TBD
U also think the Bills are gonna won by 30pts each week.... and we don’t ever come close

- jdfitz77

Was last night’s game ever really in doubt?

They won by 10, but it just as easily could have been 17 or 24. We have had a few games like that this year.

The only two teams that I worry about are the Chiefs and Packers. We are that good. Scary good.

Gabriel Davis is 8th in the entire NFL in yards per target

8th is very good

how many steelers games have you watched?

they are not the dominant team on D like years past

hell dallas almost beat them with a third string qb

They like him in the room. I can't disagree about the cap mgmt, but at least they felt reason to keep him.

It is going down something like 50 million I believe teams that positioned themselves well this year should be the top teams next year

It is going to take a few seasons to recover I think

- Stripes77

Could be right there, we’ll see
I think the NFL recovers a lot faster than the NHL though, for example

Not having Dupree is so clutch for us.

Certainly helps for sure

They touched on it on the broadcast last night.

They almost felt they had to do that to invest in what they did on offense. That is why you lost guys like Jordan Phillips and Shaq Lawson, and didn't really bring in replacements for them. The Diggs trade doesn't happen if they don't do that.

I said Allen would improve his completion % by at least 5 % and easily pass for over 4,000 yards this season

Fitz thought it was a big reach

A lot of bills fans are thinking of the "inaccurate" allen playing against big college programs with community college wr's in college and the worst group of wr's ever in the NFL during his rookie year here

improve the wr's and evolve into a top 5 super star QB by maturing

- homiedclown

I did, that’s correct
I also didn’t expect us to throw 40xs a game
It’s very surprising to me

Allen has played very well this year overall & exceeded all my expectations

Well I’ll let u continue to enjoy reading Harrington then
Seems like a waste of time to me

Our run defense still blows imo

broads says: Davis, given the opportunity, is one of the best receivers in the NFL in yards. He's a 4th round rookie, which adds to the impressiveness of his young career.

fitz says: (frank) off, he sucks and doesn't do anything barely l0l

taco says: judging a player for the limited targets and yards he receives because he's the WR4 (with Diggs, Brown and Beasley in front of him, some of the best at their respective roles) is ludicrous. Gabe Davis, being a 4th round rookie and typically target #4 or 5 if you include Singletary/Knox, is extremely impressive given his stat line in limited targets.

I just saw something that he is 230 yards and 2 TDs away from beating Zay Jones' best season as a Bill

Jones was the Bills WR2

Davis is their WR4

- Stripes77

Jones was catching passes from Tyrod,
and we barely threw 30xs a game
Big difference

the signs were there

could not make the big stops in games vs the pats, baltimore, browns, eagles or the second half of the playoff game

aside from the lack of a big plays, not much difference from last year

- homiedclown

I thought we’d see the defense take a step back this year & not be top10
A big part of that think was the schedule differences
