I think the best scenario is a 3 seed

Win at home, go to Pittsburgh (I think they end up as the 2) win there and then a showdown in Arrowhead in the AFC Championship game...

Sure could, but the cost to acquire Mack and then to pay him when Allen needs a new contract soon, Milano (who knows at this point), it's just difficult to afford him

He’s got more than half his games with 1 or zero catches

They're not last years D but they're getting better every week

Because we get nothing for releasing him now. It needed to happen June 1. AJ Eps was not ready to take over full time, so they held onto him. Now that he's been surpassed midseason, releasing him only means releasing a reserve player and getting nothing in return, ie cap space.

The Bills defence has performed as a top 10 unit since Week 6 and will be the very reason why they may upset the Chiefs in the playoffs if it comes down to that.

And Allen hasn’t even won a playoff game yet
