Could they move Strome and bring in Soderberg or Granlund on a cheap Covid one year deal to to center the 3rd line. That would give them some more energy, experience, grit on the 3rd line. It would also give the younger centers a year to progress and earn the spot. It would move Strome that they might feel does not have a long term future with the Hawks.

Strome is still young, 23? If he were to take on the role of 3rd line center he's a point producer, at his early age he for sure is a better point producer than Anisimov. Being that he's a bigger framed player i keep him and let him marinate with this team.

I recall Kampf coming up and he was on the slower side. With his training he seems faster and harder to play against, I'm hoping this happens to Strome

From my perspective, he has really good hands, above average speed, size, and decent IQ. He is lacking in aggression/assertiveness, and willingness to fight for position or the puck.
