yeah well, what can I say - they were great both with and without grumpy Roger
- 21peter

Much more great with Jerky McJerkstore Waters for sure though. Let's be honest.

Eric Clapton seems to think John Mayer is a true Master. His words. I believe him.

There are tons of amazing players. All in the style of music you enjoy.

- bixll

Clapton, in a letter he wrote to Gary:

"‘Thank you – you make me want to play again.'”

But Roeper picked Dallas to come out of the West.
- gergeswillems

I read an article saying that only .000000067% did that.

We should all listen more carefully to what the great Roeper says

I can't think of too many artists who were able to temper their worst impulses more than Waters (lyrics above melody, taskmaster) and Gilmour (melody above lyrics, kinda lazy) when collaborating.

Sort of (which is to say: completely) pisses me off that Gilmour, very recently, has kind of rebuffed Roger in terms of patching things up a bit. No doubt Roger was a massive douchenozzle for years and deserves the cold shoulder -- but come on, man! I want an Immersion set of "Animals" ffs, something that Waters' hinted at and Dave (surprisingly, Nick too) has seemingly made impossible.

I’ve already declared that I have surpassed Roeper as the alpha dog futurist. Predicted Brodie signing, Biden win and many, many others that I forget, but they were great. Trust me.

Roepstradamus. His next quatrain will be how Brodie will score 70 points while Barrie gets 40.

Predicting who will win the cup is the least impressive thing in hockey.

And that right there is why Roger will always be the true numero uno. He never forgets and he reminds his fans on a daily basis of all his great predictions

He's currently investigating Johnny Boychuk's eye injury. Lou can't get away with this!

Well, to be fair I just declared it to myself. It’s kind of like pardoning yourself. So Roger can continue to be hero to the rest of you and I’ll just be hero to me.

I managed to catch him on his last The Wall tour in Toronto and it was phenomenal!

Had tickets to see him this year but (frank)ing COVID-19 got in the way.
