Do the bubble again, but with split squads. Scrap the AHL and make two full NHL teams. A Tavares team, and a Matthews team. Surely there will be some AHL'ers who make the most of this opportunity. Teams can take shifts in the bubble while the others go home to their families and train privately.

When the federal deficit is expected to be 380 billion - there is a lot of room for people and corporations to commit fraud.
