A lockout because if the pandemic seems closer, especially if some teams think they’re going to lose money anyway. If there’s even less $ on the table, it’s going to get ugly.

And do it sooner than later. Deep sixing the entire season will have disastrous longer term ramifications, possibly few teams and fewer jobs. People will simply move on from hockey.

I agree.. I do think that both sides will have to realize that this is gonna hurt.. The sooner the better, because losing a season to a lock out would be damaging..

Eventually, things will go back to what they were before the pandemic. Players and owners will start making money again soon..
