We will have one of the worlds top gymnasts working out at our gym for 2 weeks. She is coming down to Nova Scotia to workout with Elay Black and her coach. She needs 2 weeks of downtime, during which she will be working out at our gym.
Silver in at the World's last year. My wife is just a tad excited.
