Facts are facts: Foles 374 = win...Brady 505 = loss

Bringing up 1 game samples is a flawed way of looking at it either way (which is what Pegulaville keeps doing)

Philly had the third ranked offense that year, NE was #2

Offense wins championships

New England had the 2nd ranked passing offense that year. Philly had the 13th but also threw the most TD passes in football with 38

The games he keeps bringing up don't even support his argument either. Kansas City had 66 yards rushing from their RB and 29 from their QB until there was 1-minute left in that Super Bowl, yet he literally is saying KC ran it all over the 49ers.

The Patriots threw a lot because the Eagles were winning. The Eagles were winning because they threw a lot. I truly don't get what the argument is here

Like a good Coach at Halftime, I think it is time to make some adjustments in the comments.

At some point in the not too distant future, it will become time to defend the Allen is Elite stance some have taken, cause you know that challenge is coming.

I'd suggest deflecting to Garbrial Davis is very good, while citing the fact that he represented 50% of Allen's Passing Attack production today and again showed excellent hands7 reeling in a 44 yard pass in tight coverage to catch 75% of his targeted passes.

I'm still not sure what the point is that you're making. Should Brady have thrown less?

We're all just killing time until we take our final sleep while the sun and moon rotate around our beautiful flat Earth. Before that happens, I need to find out whether throwing the ball is part of the reptilian agenda

Then give the Super Bowl to Kansas City and don’t risk the health of the players going forward.

What’s the point ? If it’s that simple he’s the best QB in the NFL and that’s all that matters right ?

In the majority of the games Mahomes has lost in the last few years, it’s been because teams have had success on the ground.

When the Pats beat the Chiefs in the AFC Championship 37-31 they rushed 49 times for 174 yards.

QB Stats from that game:

Brady 30/46, 348 yards, 1 TD, 2INT, 77.1 QBR

Mahomes 16/31, 295 yards, 3 TD’s, 0 INT, 117 QBR.

The Chiefs ran 12 times for 34 yards.

So in the season where Pat Mahomes won the MVP and had one of the best seasons ever by a QB. He lost in the AFC Championship game to a team with an average QB, strong running game, and a Bill Belichick coached defence.

The Pats then won the Super Bowl beating the Rams 13-3 behind that said running game and defence.

If Allen played like that against a good team. We easily lose.

The chargers defense was basically backups and 4th stringers and yet he couldn’t do anything.

- Sabretooth9

If we were playing a better team the game plan might have been different. In what fantasy world do you live in that 75% completion percentage is bad. He threw one bad int, all QBs do that. You have this irrational hatred for Allen for some god awful unknown reason. Aren’t you the same poster who rags on Dahlin too?

Do you think Chiefs fans care more about the fact they went 13-3 that year or that they could have been going for a 3 peat this year if the running game and defence showed up a year earlier ?

Why spend a first round pick on CEH ?

Yeah because if they had Joe Flacco and Zeke Elliott they totally score more than the 31 points they did, right?

I can’t even figure out what you are trying to get at

They have the best QB in football and barely ever lose games. The end

In that year he was yes.

Same as in 2001 and 2004.

3 of his 6 Super Bowls came in non-elite passing seasons.

He also had several elite seasons where he didn’t win the ring. Brady’s best season very well may have been the year he lost to Foles in the SB

Sure, and his legacy will be built on his playoff success.

Just like all of the other great QB’s.

One way to beat an elite QB in the playoffs is by having a top end defence and running game.

The way the Bills won today impressed me more then any other win they had this year, because that’s how they’ll have to beat teams in the playoffs.

Or do you think defensive coordinators are going to load the box and just leave Diggs in single coverage all week and let Allen toss the ball 40 + times ?

He fact that they've been able to win in different ways is a good trait.
