These narrow minded people are the ones who blame all Muslims for 9/11 and cheer on waging war against nations who not only had nothing to do with it, but are enemies to the minority ideologies like Al-Qaeda and ISIS etc... They are the ones who get easily manipulated into thinking every Jew is in on a conspiracy and turn their backs when they are rounded up and sent to concentration camps. These are the people who shrug their shoulders when a million Christians in Armenia are killed by the Ottomans or when Jihadist groups in Syria do genocide on the Yazidi Christians because... well they deserve it... look what Christians did in history.

All this applies to skin color as well. Almost all of the white people in the world banded together to fight the Nazis but if you are born with that skin pigment, you are held responsible. News flash folks, this is the root tool of one genocide after another in history. How can a new born baby with a certain skin pigment be responsible for what a minority of people did in history yet I hear it over and over from clueless people.
