As far as the Isles jerseys go... could care less honestly. I like the ones with NY on the front they used last year. I loved the one from Yankee stadium too.

The Orange ones and all the Black ones can go away forever... I don't despise the Fisherman logo but that first fisherman jersey was terrible. I was going to those games and it was just brutal time to be an Islander's season ticket holder. .. don't need the reminder..

Now if you threw the Fisherman on a sleeve and a lighthouse on the other sleeve with the Isles logo on the chest. ... maybe. Just not black or Orange. .. or friggin Teal.

The Lighthouse patch logo is actually a great third jersey idea. I'm surprised at the amount of "young fans" on Instagram pushing for a Fisherman return. They look at it as, "Wow! That's different!" They never went through the ridicule from all the other fanbases over it. (obviously, especially the rags fans) I keep seeing different posters on there stating, "the vast majority of Isles fans want it back".
I'm like, WHO? Every Isles fan I know hated/hates it.

If they wanted to go for the ridiculous Mighty Ducks throw back jersey .. then they should have just done the real one..

Yes. A couple of my friends bought them when it came out. After the Fishticks chants started they quietly placed them in the back of their closets never to be seen or heard from again. Except for my one friend who actually bought one to burn it. He was a bit of a traditionalist.

Very disappointed in the third Jersey “retro reverse” thing the Isles “created”. It’s as if they forgot the deadline to submit a Jersey to Adidas by and just send in their current home Jersey.

This totally should have been the fisherman Jersey. It would have been cool to see it a couple times per year as an alternate. Maybe the fisherman logo on an orange Jersey or something? But at least something that looks like you thought about it

Nice, Holy Diver. Stand up and shout your clear opinion, not some weak sauce that’s caught in the middle. Hopefully the jersey’s creator doesn’t take the criticism straight through the heart and decide they should live more like a gypsy and try to become invisible. The jersey looks unfinished, must’ve used up all his crayons coloring a rainbow in the dark, instead. When looking for critiques on his work he should remember mommas advice, Don’t talk to strangers, they’ll only bring you down.

Yeah didn’t do anything exciting but with that said I couldn’t be more indifferent to this stuff. I saw that ducks jersey and found it impossible not to comment about it. Thats the most emotion I’ve ever shown in reference to third jerseys. If the Islanders made their third jersey the Gorton fisherman crest with a pink dildo on one sleeve and a purple one on the other I wouldn’t really care.
