Vernon/ Kelowna area but they are far from Van, That sucks. My cousin has been pumping Chilliwack to me. I like smaller places because I hate traffic like a mofo.

Spent two weeks in the lower mainland back in August there is a reason why I would never move back there lol and it ain't just the traffic Great place to visit however...
Okanagan is the way to go with the Island a close second...

Kelowna too pricey imo
Vernon is a so so place.
Both are about 4-5hrs from Vancouver.
Chilliwack has a long rush hour drive both ways if working in the city.
Maple Ridge would be better.
Much depends on what wifey & you do for work. VanCity isn’t what most claim to be. Traffic isn’t as bad as made out to be. Hours of work & where dictate the factors. Skytrain if possible.

A few work buddies live there. Not all of Maple Ridge is all that bad. All about finding nice pockets which there is many of. Price is always at the crux. Define shlthole?

I literally just found it completely nonsensical, so i thought i would ask. I wrote posts with poor grammar all the time(this example intended). Ask anyone on this board! If you can’t be asked to explain what you’re talking about then maybe don’t respond to other posters because you’re in for a rough ride. Ive heard terrible things about Chilliwack and Maple Ridge, but take hearsay for what it’s worth. People talk poop about Surrey amd Nanaimo and imo are absolutely correct from my own experience.

I have no issues explaining things or having a jibe. In fact, I started out on doing that that when you then fed the troll. There are only 2 really insidious ones and the other 2 oscillate from bits to real hockey engagement. Anyway, I don't reply to that so no issues here. Just responding to your misunderstanding.
So no Utica no leverage. We are likely stuck with LE's contract to its end. In his final year his bonus is only $1M and salary $3M. The window was this season's $1M salary that he could have terminated, and thought in his mind, good enough to sign elsewhere for similar. Having it made for so long, LE would rather do that then spend a year riding buses in sh!tholes.
Anyway, that MTA scenario looks as dried up as the trade cap dump. Too bad that anchor can now only be parked on a taxi squad.
I moved from Vancouver to get away from that sh*t.
Great place to visit however...
