It is sad, but I’m learning how to ID trolls more quickly now. Am by no means well-versed in any types of “social” media such as this, but I learn quickly how to tell a punk when I read one. Just don’t see what they gain by acting the way they do. Boggles my mind, I wasn’t raised that way.

ANYWAY.... w/$9.5m in cap space, what’s the next move? 🤔

Check this out. After I carved this troll a new one on this blog he ran to the Isles blog to insult me knowing full well I hardly ever post there. What a coward!

I get the feeling Stevie has a trade or 2 in the works. But he's waiting out the teams with no leverage. Like Tampa. But that's just guessing on my part.

I truly think that The Captain has something up his sleeve, with TB in his sights. Am convinced he won’t throw out an offer sheet, too much respect for TB ownership. But I think he has a round in the trade-chamber. What I hope for is a trade of substance that is focussed on the rebuild. Within 3yes, there will only be a fraction of the contracts remaining from what’s currently on the books. He’s a cap-master so the popcorn is ready.

Cowards run in packs.....I just don’t see what’s gained. I told my children that conduct like that is reprehensible: State your case with facts, devoid of emotion or assaulting personally. I read a few other blogs when I first registered, just to see what else is out there; They’re friggin’ BRUTAL on those other blogs. Just ridiculous that they treat each other that way. It’s embarrassing, if you ask me. But, it shows the mental acuity of the “speaker”.

I don't think we'll see any movement until December at the earliest. Teams are all playing chicken right now pretending they have all the leverage. But just ask Jonathan Drouin about Stevie Y's patience. 👍

So, I’m a NASCAR fan, attend the Darlington Throwback event (~85,000 fans...) each year, etc.... Financials came out today....
NASCAR ran all 36 events. 15 of 36 allowed fans (est. 150,000max fans total, post-COVID), several events ran during the mid-week, several were condensed to 1 day, there were no early events (track practice, qualifying) and TV continued to televise....1st major sport to get back in action...

NASCAR lost between $150m - $175m.
