same here.. I don't watch football at all, but I read that if a player tests positive they simply change the date of the game.

NFL has handed out hefty fines and begun penalizing teams with draft picks who willingly don't follow covid protocols.

They have figured out how to get around it. Teams are still playing and just playing without the infected or exposed player.
