They are considering that "usually" these people would have died of something eventually, but COVID got them first.

That doesn't mean they didn't die from COVID or that some of them wouldn't have lived for a decent period of time.

I agree, but you have to have a certain numbers of science to back up your decisions when you close certain sectors.

Like yeah we are closing this sector because X numbers of case were reported in this. Not yeah we feel like it this week.
