I'm just wondering at what point do you think Dubas will figure out that not only are the defenders supposed to play defence but some of the forwards might as well. Team defence. Marner is very underrated in this matter. Dubas got rid of the only forward who knew how to defend for a defender who had no idea how to defend. I mean easier for Canucks now that Barrie has joined the division.

The talk about Bauer and Lindor reminds me of Pietroangelo. Blair and Barker on 590 seem to think that Springer and Morton make more sense.

Personally, I think Bauer makes the most sense. He's far and away the best and it'd give the Jays arguably the best 1 2 punch in the league. If not it's still an easy top 5.

I'm a guy who has always been a selke guy. Datsyuk, Toews, Bergeron, O'Reilly, Kopitar, Stone, Barkov, Kesler.

If it was up to me i'd probably have Matthews in my top 10 now a days. Unfortunately, I think there are players that provide enough scoring to not matter as much about being defensively responsible and obviously 3 all around very good defensemen in the league.
