Have not seen her in the last 25 years, but was just straight up beautiful in the movies she was in
Don't think that changed at all, but Kevin Kline is a fortunate man.
I really appreciate actors that move on. Not sure whyBut it was probably a personal choice..

yeah, don't look that up. Keep her previous appearance fresh in your mind.

I do too.
That is the kind of player I would frankly be ok taking a gamble on. A 4-5 year deal at 4.5 say. - PT21
I’d try to lowball Myers. How much sense does it make to ship Ghost out, just to give another young play the same contract, when we clearly need the space. |

Take a good look at this thread and ask yourself why wouldn’t someone rip on this site? In regards to Bill, I don’t think he’s the same guy he used to be. I don’t question his knowledge, but I do question his objectivity now that he’s on the Flyers payroll. - BiggE
that's like any commentator, writer or analyst that's being paid by a specific team or in many cases have an affiliation with a team. ie past [player, coach or GM... I like Bill's write ups because it's Flyer related and is a good spot to get updates on current and historical dates and anniversary. Ive never focused on his expertise but find him very knowledgeable about the Flyers. As far as the boards congregation, Im fine with a good debate but in many cases guys start with you "ignorance" or throw the insults based on that they don't have the same opinion....I believe someone called it "key board warriors"... well what ever...its an opinion board. If yours differs from mine, so be it...you want throw insults based on an opinion the go (frank) yourself and move on to the next guy. |

I suggested yesterday....2 years 3.6...or 1.8AAV...is that a low ball or realistic for a guy with really just one year under his belt? |

It's low. Probably looking at 2.5M to 2.8M a year for a 2 year deal. |

I suggested yesterday 2 years at 2.75 aav
I think he deserves more than Hagg, but not as much as Sanheim.
As has been said I would be uncomfortable giving him a Ghost like deal, especially when cap space is at a premium (4.8 atm)
He is an undrafted player with 71 games under his belt. He doesn't have a ton of leverage.

I believe an offer like that was be viewed as an insult. He knows what he's going to be...he's right handed , can skate, is strong...he's just scratching the surface, IMO he's a future first pair dman.
I think they offer him the exact same deal as Sandman even though Travis had more games/experience....just paying for the right handed inflationary reality |

He isn't as he is now corporate Bill. Has to put a positive Flyers spin on almost everything. They pay his bills, so this is expected. The Bill from 10-13 years ago is missed. |

Being a RH defenseman isn't going to factor into his contract worth at this point as an RFA. If he was a fully established UFA, it would but not in this situation in my opinion. |

You are fixated on taking the Titanic example far too literally. I am sorry I ever brought that up.
How about the earlier example:
"I hope our young forward corps goes on to become just as good as the Leafs forwards of the past 2 years."
The Leafs team has a great bunch of forwards in the top 2 lines that ultimately failed to score enough to win (by definition). That home grown stable of terrific young D Nashville had also failed to keep out enough goals for their teams to win (again by definition).
I hope you understand not what he meant, which we all do, but what I meant with my initial objection before this maddening carousel of fun started. Whatever your interpretation of showcasing, he mentioned the team, and the fortunes of that team come with the mention.
If you don't, I humbly seek your esteemed absolution while I rest my case because at this stage, it is only repetition.
Bonne nuit! - PT21
He didn’t. You did. Not fixated. Just pointed out how dumb the example was.
Toronto was bad and had better picks throughout their rebuild than Nashville did playing for the cup. No they didn’t win. Not bc of their d though. |

I personally would like to read some examples from those that claim that Bill lacks objectivity and has a bias now that he officially works for the Flyers. I personally don't see that. |

A ghost like deal doesn’t make sense to me, if you trade ghost. It should be ideal to trade Ghost’s salary and sign Myers for less than what Ghost makes now so we have some savings. |

All I’ll say is, Bill does come to the Flyers defense pretty quickly but he’s not bought and paid for. The Flyers on the other hand are looking at 45 years without true success. So I’d be careful with all the defending. |

He does when he feels people are wrong or only providing stats for certain arguments. To me he points out both positives and negatives and explains his reasoning for both. |
