I never said that anyone had to
Putting words in my mouth doesn’t increase the
ONLY 6 games Allen has thrown for 300yds

U can move the goalposts all you want,
but IMO, Allen has to be very good for a longer duration of time to be considered “elite”

And 12th out of 32 isn’t “elite” either
Saying that is laughable

you keep bringing this up when that has 0 to do with Allen.

You’ve lost this battle in embarrassing fashion.

I'm new around here, Seems like you know alot about hockey and football.

What bothers you the most about Allen? and do you feel like a non throwing arm injury could have affected a couple of the games 5-8?

- Hall&Eich's-28

Nothing really “bothers” me about Allen
I’ve said a bunch of times he’s clearly been improving each year

Could’ve been an injury that hurt him in some games
Could’ve been the weather, or dropped passes, or bad play calling....
OR
He could just still be a young player who’s still developing and needs to be more consistent

It’s probably a little bit of all of that imo

I was not a fan of the Allen pick bc it looked like he had A LOT of developing to do
He wasn’t gonna come into the league & “be ready” to play well right away,
like Herbert, Burrows and Tua are this year

So it’s my opinion that Allen is still developing
And (for Sbroads & others) I’M VERY HAPPY that he’s finally taken a big step forward
I just think he’s still got more work to do

Our original debate was the Bills so called (by you) “elite” offense

I guess u forgot how u moved towards goal posts to talk about Allen when i wasn’t talking about him at all
Facts though....

3rd in passing yards
3rd in total TD’s
6th in completion %

Yeah man, keep hammering those bad takes home.

You’re right, he has a ton of work to do to be the absolute best QB on the planet. He’s only like #4 or #5 right now

He has to be elite for 2 seasons, to prove he's been elite the entire time....wonder how long it took to realize Eichel is elite?

Losses to KC & TEN bother me
But I’d like to see us win in the playoffs
I guess that doesn’t matter to you

I’d have traded Eichel to Ottawa for their 1sts & Brady Tkachuk

And I would've used one of those picks on Rossi
I’m just not gonna cry about it like you bc we didn’t

I really agree with alot of your points here.

I'd say consistency issues/ big game moment jitters surfaced this season.

But, this last game was possibly the greatest game ever played by a Bill's qb.
Top 5 anyways. he out qb"ed the current nfl MVP favorite head to head

Pretty impressive for a guy in his 3rd year

I would have liked to keep Eichel and just take Rossi at 8 but hey what do I know.

I’m just praying this franchise just didn’t take the worst player in the top 15 at pick 8.

1. I'm glad that one person can say that Josh Allen is elite and everyone that likes Josh can objectively agree with it.

2. Fitz, if you need a rootbeer with your L, I'll send you a 2 liter.

3. Girgensons is elite. Elite at what you might ask? Stay tuned.

4. Stop trading Eichel you dopes.

How fun is it? That we actually have a superstar at QB right now?

6’5, cannon, accurate, athletic, gamer, doesn’t seem like a douche bag.

Yes. But the Bills are good and 7-2 so it’s like 10x as fun and not nearly as frustrating

Like I don’t get mad when Seattle scores because I get to watch the Bills get the ball back and our offensive players are fun as poop to watch

I can't say I disagree, but in the spirit of the judicator, you're wrong, the bills are only fun sometimes, and your happiness pisses me the (frank) off.

Girgensons is elite? I'm not sure I understand? He had one really exceptional season? Was rewarded with an all-star appearance. That's quite an honor, but i"m not sure that he's elite?

Do u consider Herbert & Burrow elite as well?
Or would u say they need to play well for longer to get grouped into “elite” status

Being happy about the Bills is becoming a regular thing and it’s weird.

Maybe the Sabres strike lightning too.

We could see another superstar fun player take an Allen type leap in year 3....Dahlin

It takes a full 53 to be a good team.

If the Bills are to to go deep they’ll need the running game and defence to step up too.
