Allen is a more athletic Roethlisberger to me. He’s more accurate than Cam Newton on touch passes.

I do think Allen needs that #1 like Diggs as a safety blanket to be a top 5-10. He’s not Brady/Rodgers/Brees etc where he can do it with poop around him

It looks like the scouts' consensus may have finally gotten one right. Super raw coming out, but all the talent in the world. Will take time to develop. He still needs to take a bit off some throws, like the lateish "drop" from Diggs, if Allen doesn't throw it 50mph Diggs comes down with it.

Couldn’t agree more.

It was a good trade for both teams really.

Bills got an elite wideout in Diggs and the Vikings got a wideout in Jefferson whose looked good so far as well as other picks to assist in their retool.

At the end of the day there is still have half a season and playoffs to go and a lot can happen, but at this point Allen has exceeded expectations at this point.
