In that event, it goes to House of Reps, where each state gets one vote*. Vote in each state goes to the party that has a majority of the congressional seats from that state.
(*This is in spite of the fact that 20% of the states have 80% of the population)
Currently, R's have majority of states, so would re-elect Trump.
For VP, Senate select it by simple majority. If R's retain senate, it will be Pence. Else it will be Trump-Harris.

Sometimes we get so caught up in fighting our battles that we lose sight of the wood for the trees.
Why do men watch sports? Part of it is the competition and the athleticism, sure. We would give anything to play if we could. But part of it is also building a structure of rules and regulations and traditions and staying within them and celebrating the sport itself. That respect shows up in the handshake line. That's manhood too, and like a lot of manliness, is boring but essential. It represents civilization.
When there is looting, or asinine calls of de-funding police, or having members of the media privately tweet about their liberal sympathies, or broad tarring of people as Nazis and so on, and you have people on the sympathetic side stand and silently watch, they have lost sight of the wood for the trees. They don't understand that their winning is coming at the expense of the diminishing of the respect of the sport.
And when the person in the highest office tries to destroy not just the other side but institutions: from media, to government, to the nature of debate, to the judiciary, to democracy and peaceful transition of power itself, those who stand and watch are guilty of the same sin.
I despise Trump not for his private life (I don't care) or what he represents to his followers (several aspects of which deserve attention and perhaps even support), but for the fact, that even after almost 4 years, he cannot see the difference between winning the game and destroying the sport.
I truly hope he will be gone soon, and the issues that he raised will stay to be debated and fought over - in the proper way.

They impeached Trump for that phone call claiming he strong armed the Ukrainian leader about investigating Biden and he would withhold money if he didn't comply. In fact it was Joe Biden who did that exact thing because his son Hunter was being investigated for making 80k a month working for an energy company while having 0 experience. So, given the current projections... if Biden wins WI and MI, and Trump wins PA, NC, GA, and NV... we'd have a 270-270 tie in the Electoral College.
