that being said, he's losing support from 2 important groups for the GOP. the elderly (for his fail on covid) and the religious right (who got what they want from him, conservative judges on the bench, so they don't need Trump as much now).

Pretty sure people called him a racist when he closed the borders to certain countries way before covid happened. Then, when covid showed up, he did close to border to everyone else, but way too late.

Or what about when he kept saying it was all a hoax? Remember that one?

Or how he keeps saying it's no big deal and you shouldn't wear a mask when 94 000 people are infected daily in the united states.

Or how, instead of listening to the scientist telling him how to handle this, he decided to try and go in a completely different direction by telling people to inject themselves with cleaning detergent?
