These numbers look very strange to me, LK. They don't look right on multiple fronts (the age categories are way to broad, and some of the probabilities are absurd). Can you post link to where you found them on the CDC?

Re: laws versus decrees, no laws were passed, but the US government is a federal structure, and the constitution grants the Federal and State governments considerable leeway in emergency measures. Indeed, states have the right to have you vaccinated against your will.

The thing that especially chaps my ass nowadays is the ridiculous discrepancy between the electoral college/senate and proportional representation.

It was made for a time when it was quite difficult to go and live from one state to another. States really had a distinct identity of their own, ranging from dialects to livelihood.

Nowadays, that is far, far less true. Wyoming has about 1.3% of the population of California. Yet they get the same number of senators to select Supreme Court justices. So, a guy in Wyoming's senatorial vote has about 100 times the power a Californian's does.

It has gone from unfair to travesty to absurdity in the past 2 decades.

That kid Miller isn’t playing for UND now either.
