Well sometimes it was lower. 50 was the max or it was class average - un écart type. I had a class where it went down to 32%

i was talking about secondary school. i know in uni, D is a conditional pass (50-54). 30-50 is an F, 0-20 is NM or NR and iirc 20-30 R for repeat at Concordia at least not sure if McGill has a mandatory repeat.
