Meh, TB has a stanley cup.....they and their fans dont care about any "cap hell"....heck neither do I ...not my team.
The leafs have cap struggles......and didnt make the playoffs this past year. But it looks like they made the cap work without losing a major piece for this year. Noice.

Find a way to move out Mcdonagh and 2 of the following: Gourde, Killorn, Johnson or Palat. Depending on what comes back, that could easily free up a minimum of 10/11 million if they take back 5-6m. Unfortunately they all have a M-NTC or NTC.
