no just the single most important player on the ice... why would we want to get someone good. they get everything they deserve if the goalies are the same as last year... the only hope is Ullmark makes a huge jump, because Hutton is not the answer.

And even if there was legitimacy to that discussion,
there’s certainly no point in the day after day after day after day after day after day, etc etc etc etc etc
of constantly being negative & complaining


Of course the Sabres are a work in progress
And we all know Hall could move on after this year, and Staal isn’t a longer term solution
But that doesn’t mean they aren’t good move that we can be positive about either

We’ve had a new GM for a couple months

I didn't watch the last two seasons of the show. But the Trinity Killer season with John Lithgow was terrific television

I seem to recall talk was that this off-season was going to see significant change in the roster. Some have suggested there would be shakeups with some players that fans would be surprised with. As I see it, there have been quite a few moves, up front, to bring in new players. But we haven’t seen anyone of significance moved out yet and I suspect more to come. Assumption is a d-man, possibly two to be moved out. Would love to see an improvement in the tendies.

I like this Sabres team. There are areas that still need improvement but we are better than we were the last time we played.

I’m watching my giants play which makes me drink more heavily than usual. I think about how much you guys complain about the Bills. You have a solid team that is trending up. Wipe the tears and enjoy.

It’s definitely possible to keep Hall around long term, however they would definitely need to do some maneuvering to make that cap hit fit.

Can easily kiss Olofsson goodbye after this year.

They know what they have in mind for Reinhart, price wise but also know that Dahlin is the next big ticket. He's not a 9-10 mill a year player. They have a couple D men that they can move but I think Risto is there last option D man wise they will let go.
