i've actually adjusted better than i thought i would.

frying up hot dogs and making eggs are pretty easy. steaks on the smokeless grill.

i do miss having a beer or two after work but you know that's probably not something i was supposed to do every day anyway. and a nice dish of puttanesca would be really great.

Meh a cheat after losing all those pounds can be helpful to spike your metabolism higher after an extended period of slowly going lower. As long as you're back on plan you should not only be fine but may benefit from it

I lost it quick but from my AM weight to PM weight on Thanksgiving day I gained 14 lbs
